INFORMATION

ORDERS:

You will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of your order.  Unless otherwise specified on this website, we aim to despatch your goods within 7 working days of your payment being cleared.   

Please note that once received, paid orders cannot be amended.

We use Paypal to process payments.  It provides a secure payment option for our customers, we do not see or retain your credit card details.

 

PRICES:

• Prices are inclusive of all taxes but do not include postage and packing (unless otherwise specified), or customs fees for international orders.

SHIPPING:

Our shop is located in the UK and shipping is automatically calculated at check out. 

• Delivery is free for all UK orders over £35.
• P&P is calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
• You will be able to see your shipping cost before finalising your payment.

Shipping times (in 'normal' times!) vary depending on location.

• UK orders: 2 – 4 working days from when your package is accepted at the Post Office.
• Rest of the world: 5 – 15 working days from when your package is accepted at the Post Office.

 Tracking

• ​Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email to let you know it is on its way.​ If you are ordering from outside the UK, we will also provide you with a tracking link.
