All of our products are handmade from scratch, in small batches.  

Due to the nature of handmade products some colour, texture, shape and weight variations will occur occasionally.

Please be assured that this will not detract from the quality of the products or your enjoyment.

What happens after you have placed your order?

We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order.  Unless otherwise specified on this website, we will despatch your goods within 7 working days of your payment being cleared.   

Please note that once received, paid orders cannot be amended.

We use Paypal to process payments.  It provides a secure payment option for our customers, we do not see or retain your credit card details.

Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase.  When you check out Paypal offers the option of paying via a Paypal account or by submitting your credit card details.

Prices are inclusive of all taxes but do not include postage or packing. 

We use Royal Mail and charge a flat rate of £2.95 for postage within the UK,  no matter how many items you order.   This amount will be added to your total after you click on the Checkout button.

For orders outside the UK: Please drop us an email before ordering.  Once we know where you are and what you would like to purchase, we will email you back with the shipping cost.

Cancellations, Returns and Damaged Items

We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase.  If you wish to return an item to us, please notify us by email and safely return it to us within seven working days of receipt.

A full refund of the price you paid for the item will be issued within thirty days of receipt provided the item is returned in its original condition:  unused, in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.  You will however be responsible for all delivery costs.

Our refund will not include the cost of post and packing and we cannot refund if the goods are part-used or damaged. 

Please obtain proof of posting from the post office in the unlikely event that the item does not reach us.

If an item does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will arrange to either replace your goods or refund the purchase price.  

We will ask you to pack the item with care and to return the faulty item to us.   Upon receipt of the damaged item we will  refund the cost incurred by you in returning it to us and replace or refund the goods.

For your peace of mind and ours, we obtain proof of posting for all items sent to you and we request that you do the same for any item that you return to us.


We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number & email address.

We collect information about you only to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service and we may contact you about your order.

We will not sell or pass our customers e-mail addresses or other details to other parties.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.
